All for a good cause……. for R.J.

The National Transplant Assistance Fund & Catastrophic Injury Program (NTAF) and several individuals have combined forces to hold a fundraiser to honor and benefit R.J. Hagood Jr.

Here is R.J.’s story

R.J. is a respected man and wonderful Father and Grandfather who resides in the Dennison, Grayson County Texas area. He is a board certified criminal attorney in Grayson/Collin and Fannin County and has lived in the area most of his life. He is married and has 4 children and has been blessed with 4 grandchildren which he adores.

R.J. is in need of a kidney transplant. Never has been unable to meet his medical demands, until now. With a kidney transplant expenses can go past the 200,00 mark and unfortunately he has no insurance. This transplant must take place in the next few months for a chance of survival.

Friends and family of R.J. have pulled together to host a Musical Festival in McKinney, TX on Saturday, November 21. All proceeds of this wonderful event will go to the NTAF to help R.J. and his family cover his medical expenses.

This Americana Music Festival and Silent Auction will be held from 1pm-1am at The Old Cotton Mill in McKinney, TX. Bands will be Matt Hillyer of “Eleven Hundred Springs”, John David Kent of Somebody’s Darling and Jerrod Medulla and many others. Food is available with a VIP ticket and General Admission tickets are available for those who want to listen to the music and there will be a cash bar available.

A big Thank you to some of the merchants and community friends who have donated for the Silent Auction: Ricks Chop House , Interior Home Store and Hoyte Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Judge Bryan Gary donated a autographed football by Roger Staubach and Harold Beck has donated a fly fishing trip. There are so many items, just cannot list all.
